SMS Terms of Service.

1. Program description.
The Seasonal Service Lane SMS program delivers two distinct categories of text messages to users who have explicitly opted in: (a) account notifications such as opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests; and (b) educational and promotional content about seasonal vehicle care, including winterizing prompts, summer heat checks, rainy-season preparation tips, tire and fluid level reminders, and general auto insurance educational content.
2. Not an insurance program.
Seasonal Service Lane is an informational and educational publisher. It is not an insurance company, agent, broker, marketplace, or lead aggregator. SMS messages are limited to delivery of the informational content you requested. No SMS message will sell, quote, broker, or solicit insurance, and no SMS message will forward your information to an insurance provider.
3. Consent.
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable SMS opt-in box on our subscribe form, you expressly consent to receive the selected category of recurring text messages from Seasonal Service Lane at the mobile number provided, sent via automated technology. Each SMS opt-in box on our subscribe form is unchecked by default and is specific to SMS only. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, of access to content on the Site, or of any other service.
4. Message frequency.
Account notification frequency varies based on account activity. Educational and promotional message frequency is up to 8 messages per month.
5. Costs.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
6. Opt-out.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, repeat the subscribe process.

8. First message disclosure.
The first outbound SMS after opt-in will identify Seasonal Service Lane, confirm the content category you opted in to, state message frequency, include "Msg & data rates may apply," confirm that you can reply STOP to cancel, and confirm that Seasonal Service Lane is not an insurance company or agent.
9. Supported carriers.
Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy and no third-party sharing.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data collected by Seasonal Service Lane will never be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, comparison platform, or third-party marketer under any circumstance. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS program you opted in to. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Changes.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
